Our Services
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a combination of Relaxation Massage and Remedial Massage not only to relax your whole body but, at the same time, work through some of the muscle issues or “tight spots” you may be experiencing.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a holistic health technique that balances the flow of Qi and helps the body to be more resilient by insertion and manipulation of needles at the meridians of the body. It benefits a wide variety of disorders and effectively relieves pain while improving the general health conditions.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient healing therapy that some people use to ease pain. A provider places cups on your back, stomach, arms, legs or other parts of your body. Inside the cup, a vacuum or suction force pulls skin upward.
Guasha
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing method in which a trained professional uses a smooth-edged tool to stroke your skin while they press on it. This motion raises small, red, rash-like dots that show under your skin called petechiae.
Exercise Guidance
Exercise guidance is according to the age, gender, rehabilitation medicine, exercise testing, physical fitness, combined with major organ conditions to instruct the patient to do exercises that are appropriate for his volume and frequency.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation can reduce the impact of a broad range of health conditions, including diseases (acute or chronic), illnesses or injuries. It can also complement other health interventions, such as medical and surgical interventions, helping to achieve the best outcome possible.

Most people barely feel a thing when needles are inserted. Some people feel a slight pinch. Acupuncture needles are solid, flexible, and very, very thin (about the width of two hairs). There are certain sensations associated with the therapeutic effects of acupuncture. These may include slight cramping, heaviness, distention, tingling or electric sensation traveling along a meridian. If any discomfort is experienced, it is usually mild and temporary.
Acupuncture is widely acknowledged as one of the safest forms of medicine. The acupuncture needles that we use are pre-sterilized, individually packaged, and disposed after each treatment.
Yes! Acupuncture and holistic treatment are wonderful co-therapies for many conditions. If you are on medications, acupuncture will not interfere with them. Be sure to give an accurate health history so that your practitioner knows what is needed.
